Design for a digital fasting app called PhoneFast that helps users hit pause and rediscover life beyond the screen.
Problem
People are spending way too much time on their phones. They are missing out on things that bring them real joy in the world: family, friends and hobbies.
Insight
People want to spend less time on their phones and reconnect with what truly matters, but they need inspiration and motivation to make that change
Solution
An app that helps people to disconnect from their online world and reconnect with their own life fully through a design and user journey that energises and inspires the user to do so through its colours and graphics.

The app is not only inspiring and energising with its vibrant colours and designs, but it also offers a range of Phone Fasting challenges from easy to hard, a tracking page for time spent away from the phone, and streak features, making it a motivating and enjoyable experience for users.
